DISG’s leadership comprises of senior management representatives from the three agencies – Economic Development Board (EDB), Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG), and the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA).

With their diverse backgrounds and expertise in the public sector, as well as networks in the private sector, the senior management team leads the DISG joint office to draw on the strengths of the three agencies and beyond, to attract and foster globally competitive technology companies to create new products and services from Singapore, for the global markets.

They also lead the DISG team to uncover partnership opportunities with local and global tech companies in Singapore to build a strong tech ecosystem, such as through initiatives around building up tech talent to nurture a globally competitive local workforce.

The leadership team is instrumental in charting strategic efforts of the joint office to build resiliency and vibrancy in the tech sector, ensuring a thriving, robust and growing industry.

Co-Head & Senior Vice President, DISG

Herman is Senior Vice-President & Co-Head for Digital Industry Singapore (DISG), and is concurrently Senior Vice-President & Head of Region covering the markets of Southeast Asia and Oceania at EDB.

He aims to encourage technology companies to create competitive products and services from Singapore for Asia, and for the world.

Cluster Director, Asia Tech x Programme Office & DISG

Yvonne is Cluster Director of the Asia Tech x Programme Office (ATx) for the International Group at IMDA, and is concurrently Cluster Director for Digital Industry Singapore (DISG).

She leads the advancement of Singapore’s digital interests through orchestrating Asia Tech x Singapore, IMDA’s flagship tech event and platform, and harnesses cross-agency expertise and resources to support technology companies at DISG.
